All in stock items will ship within 1-5 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please provide an accurate address for delivery.
PICK UP IN STORE: You will get an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please only choose this option if you are visiting one of our stores.
FURNITURE SHIPPING:Shipping is not included in price, an additional charge will be added. For more information on charge, contact us at laurelgroveshop.com. If you are local, in store pick up is available at check out.
Laurel Grove furniture orders ship in 2-12 weeks from your order time. Arrangements will be made prior to delivery.

Orders can not be cancelled after being placed. (If we approve a cancellation order a 10% processing fee will be applied. Pre orders may not be cancelled.
In Store Return Policy:
You can return for store credit within 10 days of purchase with original receipt. Items must be in perfect condition with tags attached. All seasonal & sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our discretion.

Items may be returned for store credit. You will be responsible for shipping costs and the return must be post-marked within 10 days of delivery date. Items must be in perfect condition with tags attached. All seasonal & sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns for any reason, including but not limited to, if the item looks used, worn or is damaged in transit. Any damages in transit, will be consumer responsibility with the shipping company on returns.
Received Damage Goods:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on damaged goods, you must e-mail us within 5 days of receiving your package to alert us of the damage then return the damaged item to us. (Please attach photos of the box, picture of the shipping label and damaged item(s) ) Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will ship out a replacement item, if available. If not available, we will refund the purchase price of the item.
Due to the nature of our goods, many items are one-of-a-kind and/or vintage containing imperfections that come with age. Any such qualities will be disclosed in item listing and customer is encouraged to request more details or photos if desired.
Rewards Program:
Some restrictions apply. We reserve the right to add exclusions at any given time and to terminate the program without notice. Rewards are not available to be used on invoiced items or already discounted items. You will still earn points for the discounted orders or invoiced orders. Once a reward is redeemed, it can not be reissued.
