LAUREL GROVE SHOP SHIPPING POLICY AND PROCEDURES
All in stock items will ship within 1-5 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Items are shipped via USPS. Please provide an accurate address for delivery.
Most shipped items do not require a signature at delivery and will be left on a doorstep or porch. Laurel Grove must be notified if a signature is required or special delivery instructions must be noted. We will not be responsible for missing delivered pieces.
Pick up in store. We've added the pick up in store option to allow our local customers to benefit from online shopping without needing to incur shipping. The pick up in store should ONLY be chosen at check out if your intent is to come see us in person to pick up your item. If we notice that you are not local, but you've chosen Pick Up In Store we will do a happy dance thinking you may be here to visit your mother in law, or college bestie, and that we may get to meet you. We will then e-mail you to confirm. If this isn't the case, we will invoice you for shipping.
All of our shipping time frames are guidelines. Issues with manufacturers, shipping companies and imports are out of our control but we commit to keeping you informed and updated on the status of your order.

Laurel Grove furniture orders ship in 2-12 weeks from your order time. Arrangements will be made prior to delivery.
